Single origin coffee refers to coffee that comes from a specific region or farm, rather than a blend of different coffees from different places. This allows you to experience the unique flavour profile of a particular coffee-growing region, and often highlights the characteristics of the soil, climate, and altitude in which the coffee is grown.

Specialty coffee is a term used to describe coffee that has been rated 80 points or above on a 100-point scale by professional coffee tasters. These coffees are typically grown in ideal conditions, carefully harvested and processed, and roasted to bring out their unique flavours and aromas.

We offer a range of roast levels, from light to dark, so you can choose the level that best suits your taste preferences. We provide recommendations for each coffee based on its flavour profile.

We recommend experimenting with different brewing methods to find the one that suits your taste preferences. Our coffee is suitable for a variety of brewing methods, including pour-over, drip, French press, and espresso. We also provide brewing guides and tips to help you get the best flavour out of your coffee.

To keep your coffee fresh, we recommend storing it in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. Avoid storing your coffee in the fridge or freezer, as this can cause condensation and affect the flavour.

We roast our coffee in small batches and ship it to you as soon as possible after roasting to ensure maximum freshness. We recommend consuming your coffee within four weeks of the roast date for optimal flavour. After that, the coffee will start to lose some of its aroma and taste. You can still drink it, but it may not be as delicious as when it was freshly roasted.
