I followed the brewing instructions for the pour over method and was pleasantly surprised at how rich this roast tasted. I like strong coffee but that so often means bitter and burnt flavors, this is not the case here. This roast has a beautiful depth of roasted chocolate notes that finish to a classic coffee flavor. Can’t go wrong with this one!
